Evonik Industries has expanded its Acematt range of matting agents with the addition of EXP 3600. Ths silica-based matting agent is suitable for use in UV-cured coatings, thanks to its special surface configuration, according to the company. EXP 3600 features high transparency, low residual gloss, excellent surface quality and scratch resistance. Evonik Acematt products are easy to incorporate and do not negatively impact the coating system’s other application properties.
